Truth in Advertising from a Depressed Copywriter

I like funny people. I also like humour in design and advertising. So I really like it when funny people add humour to advertising.

A group of people (Chris SheldonMariana OliveiraWhitney Ruef, and Tedd Wood.) recently started a “project” called Depressed Copywriter where they edit copy on adverts to show “the reality of life.” Whether you agree with them all or not I think everyone can appreciate the humour and completely unashamed bitterness in their work.

These were just a selection of my favourites from the site, if you like them I’d fully  recommend visiting www.depressedcopywriter.com because there are loads of brilliant ones.
